Learned counsel for the appellants submits that in the appeal filed by the insurer vide M.A.C.M.A.No.83 of 2013, the aspect of quantum of compensation was considered and enhanced the awarded amount Thus, the prayer in the appeal has been determined, hence further prosecution of the appeal is not necessary and prayed for withdrawal of the appeal. Permission, as sought for, is accorded.

Accordingly, the appeal is disposed of as withdrawn. No costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this appeal, shall stand closed.
