CVNR,J & GSP,J W.P.No.20615 of 2010 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for certiorari to quash order, dated 11.06.2010, in F.A.No.20 of 2009 of respondent No.1 confirming order, dated 06.01.2009, in E.A.No.36 of 2008 in C.C.No.21 of 2007 on the file of the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum-I, Hyderabad.

After arguing the case, Mr.S.Agasthya Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioner, has requested for permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to his client to avail the remedy of revision before the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, New Delhi.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner in terms of the prayer made. 4.

As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, interim order, dated 19.08.2010, in W.P.M.P.No.26218 of 2010 is vacated and W.P.M.P.No.26218 of 2010 filed by the petitioner for interim relief stands dismissed as infructuous.
