There was no representation for the petitioner on earlier two occasions i.e., on 14.10.2015 and 07.01.2016. Even today also, when the matter is called, none appeared for the petitioner nor is there any representation made on his behalf.

2. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
