HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.3680 OF 2016 ORDER:

The present Civil Revision Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is filed by the petitioner - judgment debtor challenging the order, dated 15.07.2016, passed by the learned Senior Civil Judge, Mangalagiri, in E.A. No.142 of 2016 in E.P. No.12 of 2015 in O.S. No.1200 of 2012, whereby the petition filed under Order XXI, Rule 26 read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, was dismissed.

2. As per the material placed before this Court, during pendency of the present revision, E.P. No.12 of 2015 itself was disposed of as closed. Therefore, nothing remains to be adjudicated by this Court.

3. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the present revision, stand closed.
