HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A.V.SESHA SAI W .P.No.9 0 0 8 of 2 0 1 8 ORDER: - The Writ Petition is filed for the following relief: - "to issue a Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring action of the respondents in retaining the Bank Guarantees issued towards Earnest Money Deposits (EMDs) and in not releasing the amounts towards the work executed by the 1st petitioner under Agreement Nos. 1) 27/ 2012-13, dt.21.02.2012; 2)29/ 2012-13, dt.01.10.2012;

3) 28/ 2012-13, dt.21.02.2012; 4) 21/ 2012-13, dt.21.02.2012; 5) 23/ 2012-13, dt.21.02.2012;

6) 22/ 2012-13, Dt.21.02.2012;

7) 26/ 2012-13, dt.21.02.2012;

8)25/ 2012-13, dt.21.10.2012; and 9) 24/ 2012-13, dt.21.10.2012 and related supplemental agreements as illegal, arbitrary and unjust and violative of Artc.14, 19(1)(g) and 21 of Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to return the Bank Guarantees and to release the amounts towards the work done by the 1st petitioner including the amounts retained towards FSD with interest @ 12% per annum and ...."

After arguing the matter for some time, it is requested by the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners that for redressal of the grievance of the petitioners, the petitioners be permitted to submit a representation to the respondentauthorities and the same may be directed to be considered by the respondent-authorities strictly in accordance with law.

On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents that if any such representation is filed before the respondent-authorities, the same will be verified and action will be taken in accordance with law.

In view of the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of keeping it open for the writ petitioner to submit an appropriate representation for redressal of their grievance to the respondents herein for their consideration, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. If any such representation is made by the petitioners, the respondents are directed to dispose of the said representation, strictly in accordance with law, within a period of four months thereafter.
