This Criminal Revision Case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 of Cr.P.C. challenging the order dated 09.09.2016 passed in Crl.M.P.No.2173 of 2016 in Crime No.600 of 2016 on the file of the Court of the Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Cyberabad at L.B.Nagar. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal revision case with liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law including filing of petition before the trial Court for modification of the impugned order.

Permission is granted.
