This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 by the petitioner, who is arrayed as Accused No.l to quash the proceedings against him in C.C.No.109 19 of 2O2l on the file of the IX Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 427 and 448 of the Indiar Penal Code.

Sri S. Ganesh, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the case pending before the Court below was ended in acquittal and therefore, nothing survives in this Criminal Petition for adjudication.

Recording the aforesaid submission, the Criminal Petition is closed as infructuous.
