HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.22610 of 2006 ORDER:

The writ petition is filed questioning the action of the respondents 1 to 4 in transferring factory land for an extent of 369.38 sq. yards situated in Padmavathi Kalyanamandapam, Tirupathi in favour of the 6th respondent or any third party without prior intimation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the sale deed having been executed, the relief sought in the main writ petition has become infructuous and accordingly the same may be dismissed as infructuous. Recording the same, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this writ petition shall stand closed.
