HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No. 25948 of 2002 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking to issue a writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not considering the cases of the petitioners for absorption in any suitable post in the corporation, as illegal and arbitrary.

While admitting the writ petition, this Court directed the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioners dated 22.12.2001, vide orders dated 19.02.2003 in WPMP No.32778 of 2002.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in view of the interim orders granted by this Court, no further orders are necessary in the writ petition. In view of the said submission, the writ petition is closed. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand closed.
