THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.10983 of 2019 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is being disposed at the admission stage with the consent of both the parties.

This Writ Petition is filed for the following relief: ".........Writ of Mandamus or any other writ or direction declaring the orders of the 3rd respondent passed vide proceedings No.512/A1/Estt/TSIRD/2008, dt.13.5.2019 to repatriate the petitioner to the parent department by cancellation of deputation as illegal, arbitrary and one without jurisdiction and set aside the same and consequently direct the respondents to continue the petitioner as Junior Faculty in TSIRD, Rajender Nagar, Hyderabad and pass such other....." Heard Sri K.Bheema Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Services-II.

It has been contended by the petitioner that previously he worked as MPDO, Damarigidda, Mahaboobnagar District in the 2nd respondent institution and at present he is working as Junior Faculty in Telangana State Institute of Rural Development (TSIRD)-3rd respondent, Rajender Nagar, Hyderabad, on deputation as per the Government orders dt.21.02.2018. While the petitioner was discharging his duties as Junior Faculty in the 3rd respondent institution, the 3rd respondent institution vide proceedings dt.13.05.2019 repatriated the petitioner to his parent department without giving any opportunity to the petitioner.

respondent on 15.05.2019, so far the 1st respondent has not passed any orders on the said representation. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that appropriate orders be passed directing the 1st respondent to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner on 15.05.2019 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondents contends that the 1st respondent would consider and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law on the representation submitted by the petitioner.

This Court, having regard to the rival submissions made by the parties, is of the considered view that this Writ Petition can be disposed of directing the respondents to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner on 15.05.2019 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this of this order.

With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
