HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A. RAMALI NGESWARA RAO Civil Revision Petition No. 5795 of 2016 Order:

In view of the simple grievance expressed by the learned counsel for the petitioner in the present case, the notice to the respondents is dispensed with.

This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the learned Principal Junior Civil judge, Addanki, Prakasam District, to take up I.A.No.2431 of 2015 in O.S.No.272 of 2015 filed by the petitioner for temporary injunction in a suit for permanent injunction and dispose of the same in accordance with law.

The application for temporary injunction was filed on 13.11.2015 and when the said application is not disposed of even after one year, the present Civil Revision Petition is filed. Since the application in I.A.No.2431 of 2015 is only for temporary injunction, the learned Principal Junior Civil Judge, Addanki, Prakasam District, is directed to take up the IA and dispose of the same in accordance with law on or before 31.01.2017. The Civil Revision Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed. ____________________________ A. RAMALI NGESWARA RAO, J Date: 04.01.2017 Nsr
