Keeping in view the averments in paragraphs 6 to 9 of the counter affidavit, I hereby discharge the respondent from the contempt proceedings, by giving liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition thereafter, if he has better material to establish his case. Contempt case is accordingly closed.
