THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CRIMINAL PETITION No.3395 of 2018 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition, under Section 438 Cr.P.C, is filed by the petitioners to enlarge them on bail in the event of their arrest since they are apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No.50 of 2018 on the file of GRP Police Station, Macherial, registered for the offences under Sections 324, 353, 448, 332, 506, 294-B r/ w 34 IPC. After arguing the matter for awhile, learned counsel for the petitioners requested this Court to permit the petitioners to surrender before the Court and direct the concerned Magistrate having jurisdiction to dispose of the application, if any, filed under Sections 437 and 439 Cr.P.C., on the same day in accordance with law. Acceding to the request of the learned counsel for the petitioners, without touching the merits, the petitioners are permitted to surrender before the Magistrate having jurisdiction and on such surrender and filing of application under Sections 437 and 439 Cr.P.C., the Magistrate concerned is directed to dispose of the application on the same day in accordance with law.

With the above observation, this Criminal Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous Petition, if any pending, in this case, shall stand dismissed.
