HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI CONTEMPT CASE No. 832 OF 2017 O R D E R :

This contempt case is filed by the petitioner under sections 10 to 12 of Contempt of Courts Act seeking to punish the respondents for wilful violation of the orders dated 17/2/2012 passed by this Court in WP.No. 6997 of 2006, which was confirmed in W.A.No. 1997 of 2013, dated 07/7/2014 and also confirmed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in SLP.No. 29893 of 2014, dated 23/01/2017 and to pass such other suitable orders as this Court may deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

2. When the matter is listed today, Sri K. Vasantha Rao, counsel appearing for Sri Y.V. Anil Kumar submits that the orders have been complied by the respondents.

3. Recording the above submission, this contempt case is closed as infructuous. No costs.

4. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any, pending in this contempt case shall stands closed.
