Today when the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the petitioners/ A.1 and A.4 sought permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Revision Case with a liberty to file a fresh application.

Granting liberty as sought for, permission is accorded to withdraw the Criminal Revision Case.

Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioners/ A.1 and A.4 to file a fresh application.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Revision Case, shall stand closed.
