This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/accused in Crl.M.P.No.2184 of 2015 in S.C.No.268 of 2015 on the file of Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the purpose of filing of this petition has become infructuous and no orders need be passed in this petition. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
