When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permissions of this court to withdraw the criminal petition with a request to renew the request of the petitioners at appropriate stage.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn, granting liberty to the petitioners to renew their request at appropriate stage.
