Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Pleader for Roads and Buildings and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue. With consent of the counsel appearing for both sides, the present writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

2 . The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in trying to dispossess/demolish the petitioner from the premises bearing No.C-36, Nudurupadu Village, Phirangipuram Mandal, Guntur District without following due process of law as illegal and arbitrary and consequently, to direct the respondents not to demolish or dispossess the petitioner from the premises without following due process of law.

3. Though various grounds are raised in the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to respondents 2 and 3 not to dispossess the petitioner from the premises bearing No.C-36, Nudurupadu Village, Phirangipuram Mandal, Guntur District without following due process of law.

4. Learned Government Pleader submits that no action can be taken without following due process of law.

5. Having regard to the circumstances stated above and without going into the merits of the case, the present Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to follow the due

procedure established by law before dispossessing/demolishing the petitioners from the premises bearing No.C-36, Nudurupadu Village, Phirangipuram Mandal, Guntur District. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
