THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.10785 OF 2015 ORDER:

This criminal petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is filed by the petitioners/A.43 to 48 and A.50 seeking grant of anticipatory bail in crime No.197 of 2015 on the file of the Keesara Police Station, Cyberabad, Ranga Reddy District, registered for the offence under Sections 406, 420 IPC and Section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act. Heard and perused the records.

It is alleged that the petitioners are purchasing PDS rice from the ration card holders at meager price and selling the same at higher price. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are ready to cooperate with the investigating agency and that co-accused were already released on bail.

The petitioners/A.43 to A.48 and A.50 are directed to surrender before the Magistrate concerned on or before 15.11.2015 and on such surrender, they shall be enlarged on bail on each of them executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with one surety each for the like sum each to the satisfaction of the Magistrate concerned. The petitioners are directed to report before the Station House Officer concerned daily between 10.00 a.m., and 5.00 p.m., for a period of twenty days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
