THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CRIMINAL PETITION No.628 of 2017 ORDER:

This petition, under Section 438 Cr.P.C., is filed by the petitioner to grant anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest in connection with Crime No.241 of 2016 of Chilakaluripet Town Police Station, Guntur District, registered for the offence punishable under Section 420 IPC.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner requested the Court to permit the petitioner to surrender before the Magistrate concerned and move regular bail application. 3.

Considering the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, the Criminal Petition is dismissed giving liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the Magistrate concerned and move an application under Section 439 Cr.P.C., for grant of regular bail, in which event the Magistrate concerned is directed to decide the application on the same day after issuing notice to the learned Public Prosecutor.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
