This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.PC to quash the proceedings against the petitioners / accused Nos.2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9 in C.C. No.294 of 2012 on the file of the Court of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Adoni, Kurnool District. 2 When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the Criminal Petition. Permission is accorded. In the result, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in the criminal petition, shall stand closed.
