ORDER:

The petitioner, who is appointed as the fair price shop dealer of shop No.219/C(542), Sreevani Nagar, Magdoom Nagar-II, Quthbullapur Circle, Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, Ranga Reddy District, filed this Writ Petition feeling aggrieved by non-allotment of essential commodities to him in pursuance of his appointment order.

At the hearing, the learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies (TS) submitted that after the filing of this Writ Petition by the petitioner, the respondents have commenced allotment of the essential commodities and that therefore the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication. Having regard to the above submission of the learned Government Pleader, the Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous.
