Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition.

When the matter is taken up, written instructions, dated 22.03.2018, furnished by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Jangareddygudem-fourth respondent herein, are placed on record. To the extent of their relevance, the said instructions read as under:

"Hence the proposals were submitted for change of nomenclature of R&R center from MND Peta Village of Koyyalagudem Mandal to Taduvai Village of Jangareddigudem Mandal and also the nomenclature as R&R colony layout Taduvai village of Jangareddigudem Mandal instead of the R&R colony layout at MND peta village of Koyyalagudem Mandal to accommodate the 523 non-tribal Project Displaced Families of 2nd phase 19 Habitation in Palavaram Mandal with an estimated cost of Rs.4574.77 lakhs for orders and also to take up the tender process at an early date.

In view of the following reasons it is decided to withdraw the above acquired land of Ac.57.51 cents including the petitioners land of Ac.15.51 cents covered by R.S.Nos.7/1, 28/1, 28/3 and 27/5 etc., of MND Peta village of Koyyalagudem Mandal".

In view of the above, by placing on record the contents of the above said instructions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
