THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY W.P. No.1278 of 2015 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Ramesh Ranganathan) An additional affidavit, is now filed by Smt C.Gruha Lakshmi (petitioner herein), undertaking to pay the amounts as may be settled or as may be determined by the respondent - Bank within sixty days from today. The petitioner further states that she would endeavour to liquidate the entire amount within 40 days, and she was keeping an extra-margin as she has undertaken to abide and would not deviate from the undertaking.
Sri K.Srinivas Rao, Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent - Bank, would fairly state that, in the light of the undertaking now given by the petitioner, the respondent - Bank would not proceed to put the subject property to auction. Recording the undertaking given by the petitioner, as detailed hereinabove, the respondent - Bank shall forbear from putting the subject property to auction for a period of two months from today. The Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
