This Appeal is filed challenging the order, dated 27.10.2009 in W.C.No.118 of 2008 on the file of the Commissioner for Workmen's Compensation and Assistant Commissioner of Labour-IV, T.Anjaiah Karmika Samkshema Bhavan, R.T.C. X Roads, Hyderabad. Learned counsel for both parties submitted that in view of compromise arrived at between the parties, Lok Adalat passed an award, dated 11.02.2017 and hence, no further orders need be passed in this appeal.
