THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE PULLA KARTHIK WRIT PETITION No.40091 OF 2014 ORDER: (per AKS,J) When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners informed the Court that pursuant to the impugned order, dated 22.09.2014, passed in O.A.No.550 of 2012 by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad Bench, Hyderabad, the case of the respondent No.1 was considered and rejected by the petitioners vide order, dated 26.10.2016, which would mean that the impugned order passed by the Tribunal has been complied with. Therefore, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. It is needless to state that the respondent No.1 is at liberty to challenge the rejection order, in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
