HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WP No.26528 of 2017 ORDER ::

The petitioner, in this writ petition, assails the action of the 3rd respondent in removing him from the post of Field Assistant on 04‐09‐2015, without passing any orders, muchless issuing notice nor calling for any explanation to put forth his case.

Now, learned Standing Counsel for respondents 3 and 4 submits that the petitioner has been already removed from service on the allegation of misappropriation of funds, by detailed proceedings dated 27‐05‐2015. In the light of this proceedings, learned counsel states that liberty be reserved to the petitioner to challenge the said proceedings.

3. In the circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of reserving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the said proceedings dated 27‐05‐2015, if so advised.
