Sri G.Sai Prasen, Advocate representing the counsel on record seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh writ petition with all details.

Permission is accorded. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
