The case of the petitioners is that they are residents of Ganguru Village, Penamaluru Mandal in Krishna District and they do not have movable or immovable properties in their village. The petitioners came to know that there is land to an extent of Ac.0-50 cents is Puntha Poramboku in R.S.No.134 of Ganguru Village and made application for assignment of the same. The 3rd respondent vide endorsement bearing No.9/RCA.181/98, dated 23-09-1998 informed the 1st petitioner that after verification of the revenue records, it is found that the land in RS.No.134 is Puntha Poramboke and the same is under occupation of one Bade Bish Begum and he is cultivating the same. As such, their request was rejected. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioners made representation to the 2nd respondent on 10-04-2002 for fresh consideration, but the same is not considered till today. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed.

Counter affidavit is filed stating that the 4th petitioner was issued house site patta for construction of house under Indiramma programme and he is constructing house and other petitioners are concerned, they are not eligible for assignment.

In view of the same, no relief can be granted in favour of other petitioners.

Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. _________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY,J 02-11-2016 nvl
