THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE K.LAKSHMAN CI VI L REVI SI ON PETI TI ON NO.1384 OF 2019 ORDER: (per SK,J) This civil revision petition was filed in June, 2019 assailing the order dated 02.05.2019 passed by the Debts Recovery Tribunal-I, Hyderabad, in I.A.No.1320 of 2019 in O.A.No.339 of 2013. It was taken up for admission on 24.06.2019 and was adjourned at the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner to 15.07.2019 and again to 26.08.2019. On 26.08.2019, there was no representation for the petitioner and the same situation continued when the case was taken up on 24.09.2019. The case was accordingly directed to be listed under the caption 'For Dismissal' on 26.09.2019.

Today, though the matter appears under the caption 'For Dismissal', there is no representation, yet again, for the petitioner or his learned counsel.

The civil revision petition is accordingly dismissed for nonprosecution. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
