Mr. Mujib Kumar Sadasivuni, learned counsel appears for Telangana Grameena Bank (appellant in W.A.Nos.595 and 665 of 2025 and respondents in the remaining appeals) (for short 'the Bank').

On 09.12.2025 and 06.01.2026, the Bank was allowed time to file objections to the applications seeking condonation of delay in filing W.A.Nos.1420, 1502, 1503, 1518 and 1523 of 2025, but the same have not yet been filed.

Today, when the matters have been taken up, learned counsel for the Bank prays for one more indulgence to file objections, as according to him, the aforesaid appeals are suffering from huge unexplained delay.

By way of last indulgence, two weeks' time is allowed to the Bank to file objections, if any, to the condone delay applications. Thereafter, right to file any objections shall be closed.

List these matters after two weeks.
