HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.658 OF 2017 ORDER:

This contempt case is filed alleging non-implementation of the order dated 31.03.2016 passed in W.P.No.12507 of 2010. In view of passing of an order dated 06.07.2017 rejecting the case of the petitioner, the petitioner does not want to pursue the present contempt case. However, it is open to the petitioner to take appropriate steps challenging the said order.

The contempt case is accordingly closed.
