B/O rev I.A.NO.1 OF 2023 This application is filed seeking to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.P.No.4064 of 2023 dt.27.04.2023 that he shall remain at Hyderabad till conclusion of trial proceedings. He shall report before the Station House Officer, Central Crime Station, Hyderabad, on every Monday, between 10.30 AM and 12.00 PM till completion of trial proceedings.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is appearing before the Investigating Officer as ordered by this Court. He further submits that the business activities of the petitioner have become standstill as the trial proceedings of the crime are in a different town and business activities are in some other place and further the petitioner is suffering with back pain. Therefore, he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

OFFICE NOTE In the said circumstances, the condition No.(ii) imposed against the petitioner in Crl.P.No.4064 of 2023 dt.27.04.2023, is hereby relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the Station House Officer, Central Crime Station, Hyderabad, as and when required. All other conditions shall remain unaltered.
