DURGA PRASAD RAO C.M.A. No. 364 of 2014 JUDGMENT:- (ORAL) (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait) 1) This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is filed against the order and decree dated 18.02.2013 passed in O.P.No. 13 of 2007 by the learned Principal Senior Civil Judge, Kovvur, whereby the petition filed by the respondent - wife for restitution of conjugal rights, was allowed.

2) The learned counsel for the appellant - husband has submitted that the parties have compromised and the matter has been settled before the Lok Adalat, Hyderabad, and to that effect, an Award dated 27.07.2016 has been passed, as such, this appeal may be disposed of in terms thereof.

3) In view of the above submission, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is disposed of in terms of the Award dated 27.07.2016 passed by the Lok Adalat. No order as to costs.
