This civil revision petition is filed against order dt.15.3.2017 in I.A. No.276 of 2016 in O.S. No.223 of 2007 on the file of the Special Sessions Judge for Trial of Cases under Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act - cum - Additional District and Sessions Judge, Visakhapatnam.

At the hearing, Mr. K. Dilip Appa Rao, learned counsel representing Mr. R. Srikanth, learned counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission to withdraw the civil revision petition. The civil revision petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel to dismissal of the civil revision petition, C.R.P.M.P. No.4767 of 2017 filed by the petitioner for interim relief shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
