THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.10906 OF 2019 ORDER:

Sri V.V.N. Narayana Rao, learned counsel for the petitioners, submits that the award was passed and a copy of the same was also communicated to the petitioners and therefore seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to the petitioners to challenge the said award. Permission is accorded and the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as sought for by the petitioners, however, subject to their complying with all the requirements. There shall be no order as to costs. Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
