This Civil Revision Petition, under Section 115 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (for short, 'C.P.C') , is filed aggrieved by the order, dated 29.03.2019, in E.A.No.4 of 2019 in E.P.No.487 of 2014 in O.S.No.1608 of 2000 passed by II Additional Junior Civil Judge, Warangal.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/ Judgment Debtor and perused the record.

Having elaborately argued with regard to the discrepancy of the amounts mentioned in the execution proceedings, learned counsel for the petitioner would ultimately submit that he has filed an application under Order IX Rule 13 C.P.C to set aside the ex parte decree passed in the execution proceedings and made a request to direct the Court below to dispose of the said application expeditiously.

No observation is made with regard to the merits of the E.P as well as the application pending under Order IX Rule 13 C.P.C. The Court below is directed to dispose of the application filed under Order IX Rule 13 C.P.C expeditiously, preferably within a period of thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.

With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission.
