THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.3247 of 2017 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/ accused Nos.1 and 3 in Crime No.127 of 2016 on the file of the Station House Officer, Madhapur (Guttala) Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offence punishable under Section 420 IPC.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana. 3.
At the time of hearing, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that after completion of investigation, the investigation agency filed charge sheet before the concerned Court.

In view of the submission made by the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, the purpose of filing the present criminal petition has become infructuous.
5.
Accordingly, the criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
