Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government pleader for Revenue.

In this writ petition petitioner challenges the letter of the Tahsildar, Devanakonda dated 28.02.2018 addressed to the Revenue Divisional Officer, Adoni, filing the status report on the complaint made by Smt. Harijana Hussainamma and having found that prima-facie, purchase made from the assignee was wrong and land should be resumed from the petitioner, recommends to take appropriate action.

It is the internal correspondence between the Tahsildar and Revenue Divisional Officer. The petitioner may have grievance only when the Revenue Divisional Officer takes decision as recommended by the Tahsildar without following the due process. Hence, the writ petition is not maintainable. 4.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
