When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that since the term of the Managing Committee has expired on 15.6.2019 and the Person-In-Charge has been appointed, the cause in this writ petition does not survive for adjudication.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
