When matter was called on 19.01.2018, there was no representation on behalf of petitioner and it was ordered to be listed on 22.01.2018 under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today also when matter is called, neither advocate for petitioner present nor any representation is made on behalf of petitioner. Therefore, C.R.P. is dismissed for non-prosecution.
