Ms. No.29 dated 5.9.2007, as illegal, arbitrary, in violation of Section 3 of the Khazis Act, in violation of Gazette notification dated 22.3.2002, and in violation of the interim order of this Court in W.P.M.P. No.8112 of 2002 in W.P. No. 6708 of 2002 dated 12.4.2002.

W.P. No. 6708 of 2002, along with other writ petitions, was disposed by a common order dated 17.10.2016. In accordance with, and in terms of the orders passed by us, in W.P. No.6708 of 2002 and batch dated 17.10.2016 and in W.P. No. 19443 of 2012 dated 24.10.2016, this writ petition is also disposed of. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
