HON'BLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.2893 of 2019 O R D E R :

This Criminal Petition is filed seeking to quash Crime No.573 of 2018 on the file of Shadnagar Police Station, Cyberabad District. Learned Public Prosecutor produced before this Court a letter dated 23.12.2019 addressed to him by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Shadnagar Police Station, Cyberabad District, wherein it is stated that the matter has been compromised before the Lok Adalat on 03.10.2019 in C.C.No.444 of 2019.

In view of the aforesaid letter, the cause in the criminal petition does not survive for adjudication and the criminal petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
