The petitioner has made an application dated 8.12.2015 to the 4th respondent to renew his license as commission agent for dealing with the agricultural produces in the 4th respondent agricultural market committee.

2. Petitioner contents that the said application has not been considered by the 4th respondent and that previously also on 28.11.2013 he has submitted a representation and the same was not considered.

3. Learned Standing Counsel for 4th respondent submits that the 4th respondent would consider the petitioner's application dated 8.12.2015 within four weeks and pass orders thereon. 4.

Therefore, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to pass orders on petitioner's application dated 8.12.2015 for renewal of commission agent license within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
