Ravula Satya Rao, v. The State Of Andhra Pradesh,
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.37786 of 2016 ORDER:
Heard Mr.Sai Kumar for petitioners, Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj for respondent Nos.1 and 3, Government Pleader for Revenue for respondent Nos.2 and 4 and Mr.Ravi Chimalapati for respondent Nos.6 and 7.
Learned counsel for petitioners requests the Court to permit petitioners to make detailed representation to respondent No.3 on the grievance canvassed in the writ petition, and requests the Court to direct respondent No.3 to look into the matter, if needed, conduct enquiry and take a decision on the representation. Since a grievance on unilateral approach by a few of the Members in the Gram Panchayat is pointed out in the writ petition, I am satisfied that the writ petition can be disposed of by this order to enable respondent No.3 to take a decision as per law: "Petitioners are given liberty to represent to respondent No.3 on the grievance the petitioners have canvassed in the writ petition forthwith. On such representation being made, respondent No.3, as noted above, looks into the matter and takes a decision as is warranted in the facts and circumstances of the case. The representation to be disposed of expeditiously." Writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. __________________ S.V.BHATT,J Dt:18.11.2016 kdl
