Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that on the complaint of the petitioner crime No.439/2019 was filed under Section 385 IPC on the file of Jeedimetla Police Station on 14.06.2019.

Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
