Heard learned counsel for petitioner, learned Government Pleader for R1 and learned Standing Counsel for R2.

The petitioner's grievance is that he submitted a representation dated 4.3.2016 to the second respondent to consider technical bid of the petitioner firm in pursuance of the tender notice No. 1286/APHB/2015; that the said representation is pending before the second respondent and the second respondent has not passed any orders thereon.

Sri C. Butchi Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for second respondent states that the second respondent will consider the petitioner's representation within one week from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 4.3.2016 within one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision thereon to the petitioner.
