This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 18.08.2017 passed in I.A.No.1056 of 2017 in O.S.No.66 of 2006 on the file of the Court of the III Additional District Judge, Tirupati. At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the revision petition with a liberty to file a fresh application before the trial Court.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh application before the trial Court. The trial Court is hereby directed to dispose of the application, if any, filed by the petitioners within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of filing of the application. There shall be no order as to costs.
