This revision petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is filed challenging the orders dated 03.01.2012 in E.A.No.1963 of 2011 in E.P.No.14 of 2011 in O.S.No.100 of 2010 on the file of the Court of I Additional Junior Civil Judge, Eluru, West Godavari District. As per office note, E.P.No.14 of 2011 itself was disposed of as the parties compromised. Learned counsel for the petitioner also submitted that the purpose of filing of this petition has become infructuous. In view of the office note as well as the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
