HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO Writ Appeal No. 1595 of 2005 Judgment:(Per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) This writ appeal is directed against the order dated 25.6.2004 passed in Writ Petition No. 4995 of 1999. By this order, in order to meet the ends of justice, the learned Single Judge, confined the order of confiscation to a sum of Rs.10,000/-, by way of penalty.
Having regard to the nature of order, we do not find any reason to interfere with the same. Hence, the writ appeal is dismissed. Consequently, pending miscellaneous petitions, shall also stand closed. No costs.
